Dr Tshepo Sedibe, is Principal Health at De Beers Group. Experienced in local/regional/global health management, policy development, and assurance. Strong background in Mining and Metals health, trauma and emergency, mental health and public health.

As a Principal Health at De Beers Group, he leverages his extensive experience in occupational health and medicine to ensure the well-being of employees across various mining operations. With over 10 years in this role, he developed strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, which enable him to manage complex health issues and implement effective health programs.

Tshepo is also a member of the Board of Directors of The Private Sector Forum, where he contributes to the development and implementation of policies and strategies that promote occupational health and safety in the mining industry. Additionally, he has a rich academic background, with a diploma in occupational health and medicine, a degree in medicine, and certifications in finance for non-financial managers and management excellence. His passion is to use his expertise to improve the health and productivity of workers in the mining sector.
